Too much travel at very short notice.

Management make lot of FALSE promises at the time of hiring until you are into the company. Once you are into the company they ask you to work on all the area's. There will NOT be clarity of your role given to you at any point o time by your some stupid managers. Managers put lot of pressures on team members and they enjoy their life. Managers are like God here, if the equation is not good then you will be asked to go any time. They put you in all sorts of trouble and eventually associate would quite by themselves. No Job security at all!!!!!!! Managers/Architects put the blame on team members and they survive for years. There is lot o attrition in one particular group(ESM). HR team very weak and never interact with them until the last exit interview.
