      Pros

      bmc has a clear solution set and marketing message (BSM or Business Service Management) around which the whole company is organised. Lots of good people to work with and constantly re-inventing itself to remain competitive.

      Cons

      Constantly re-inventing itself to remain competitive can mean the world within bmc is also constantly changing. Managers move, functions move, people move, it can be hard to know who owns what.
