      Pros

      Some very good, very talented people. Good inter-team communication. Some benefits are great. Some scheduling flexibility. Some managers are great.

      Cons

      Egotists and bullies crush innovation and inspiration while management looks on. Lack of 360 reviews. Management gives lip service to career development of their teams. Acronyms do not make good brand names, especially when no one in the company knows what they all refer to.
