      1. Good technical environment for those technically inclined compared to those who have management aspirations. 2. Work from home and flexi time greatly benefit towards work like balance 3. Great location and facilities. Convenient to commute 4. Stock options

      1. Frequent change in leadership leading to confusion as to expectation from management regarding performance. 2. Weak processess. No set prcedure while hiring and grooming employees. 3. Not much investment in employee in terms of trainings etc

      nice products, some people know their job, career because lot are fired frequently, good training

      Cons

      bonus ok but calculated often wrong, management changes quarterly, no strategy, projects are acquired but done by partners, good people leave or left already, no leader, no top company

      When I first joined BMC software I felt that the leadership, vision, and company direction were strong.

      Cons

      Since 2010 the leadership, especially in the sales organization has shifted significantly and direction is lacking.
