      Pros

      BMC consistently hires very smart, very knowledgeable, and very motivated people. The community is supportive at the individual level and the company level, with both a strong culture and great benefits. Lots of flexibility and good work-life balance. Competitive salaries.

      Cons

      Can be hard to move up the ladder. "Playing the game" politically is important and can occasionally trump more objective factors when it comes time to make decisions.

      Pros

      Projects are good. Nice infrastructure and facilities to employee. It has good learning and trainning programs. Admin and infra services are really quick. HR is very helpful.

      Cons

      In few teams, estimations given to upper management are quit unrealistic and hence the team suffers in time and quality of work. Extra work hour stretching is expected. Here , delivery of project always rules over everything. Lack of motivations to the employe by the immidiate supervisor. No one intrested in problem faced, just deliver at any cost.
