      thorough training in value selling VS transactional selling clear expectations straight forward sales process great compensation for those who execute robust support ecosystem to help sales solid values in corporate culture

      hard work requiring personal commitment to learning and executing what has been learned Overcoming past negative experiences in customer base pressure to perform and achieve expected quota quarterly If you don't call on accounts management takes them away

      Pros

      Management keeps an eye on talent and every effort is appreciated and awarded, fair evaluations, competitive salary, good work culture, enough resources to handle tasks which in turn results in optimum work load, appropriate training courses scheduled for employees which help in personal as well as team growth.

      Cons

      I could not find many cons working with BMC, I think what drove me out of BMC was my rotational shift hours, which caused various health issues.

      Well defined, clearly described, sales methodology implemented throughout the company. Strong investment in training sales reps, partners and support staff. Coherent vision and marketing message for generating leads Good people

      Cons

      Numbers driven, no excuses sales culture leads to high turnover. On premises software license business model is getting outdated, presents greater risk and a lower value proposition for the customer compared to Software as a Service offerings.
