      Pros

      Highly ethical organization. Long-term commitment to doing the right thing. Great people. Very financially stable, conservative.

      Cons

      Current management views employees as expendable assets and could care less if any particular employee stays or go. Compensation has been moving steadily from the field to the executive ranks over last 3 years.

      Ok and compares with industry. Good teamwork in the Sales organization. Lack of support to sales from other groups is very clear and evident.

      Cons

      Improve compensation for all key performers or risk losing them. Stop the annual sales rally in Houston for upper management. Include people from the trenches.

      Work-Life balance. Good work culture. Processes defined & set. Equal importance to all departments of work. Lot of social activities. Good place to stay on for a longer time.

      Cons

      Being product based, and having good work culture, at times one tends to get set in one position and stops trying harder to reach to the next level. Career and professional demands should not be compromised.
