Pros
BMC is a multinational company, offering a very dynamic environment and several opportunities to grow. I am working there from 15 years, in an EMEA country, as I often had the opportunity to see things from a different perspective.
Cons
Not so many, if not the cons common to each multinational company....like the frequent reorganisations and the need to be prepared to significant and sudden changes.
