Pros
Good work-life balance. Good Medical policy. They will pay you based on your experience
Cons
There is no scope to grow in the Salesforce domain. They are working with old technology. Management doesn't bother about your career. They can move you from one technology to other if you don't like also. Some senior resources don't even care about the junior resource (4-5 years). Lots of internal politics.
