Pros
Good paycheck and benefits if you are single it's a great company. There's plenty of work especially in the software sales and development group. If you can find a good manager you'll be set. I've seen people come and get experience and move on.
Cons
This is not a place for someone who is looking for work and family balance. You need to be able to sacrifice time with the family to make sure your projects are completed on time. It's hectic and crazy especially during release time. The code is a bit buggy and copy and paste so there's a lot of clean up to be done. Culture is regional, some locations seems to have it good.
