Lots of really great people to work with. That is probably one of the biggest pluses. It is a very pleasant environment.

Cons

Like all jobs, there can be frustrations. Sometimes schedules can get hectic. A lot of times you are working on tight deadlines.

Awesome people to work with. Getting to know the industry along with networking with other people to get your foot into other gaming companies.

Cons

Be ready to do the same thing everyday. Push a button and watch the reels spin Workload can be hit or miss

Great company culture, I feel like my Sr. Managers actually care about me and my well-being. Time-off is always respected, I've never been pressured to shorten trips, etc.

Cons

Working at an international company can often mean your job is not 9-5, sometimes there are 9:00 PM meetings, but it is just a part of a job.
