Too formal, needs more real-life training as computer and paper-based is too lengthy and not sufficient. Needs to play catch up all the time with technology

The Canadian management does not seem to accurately value US operations or staff. While the employees are nice, they don't seem to be the cream of the crop and seem more accepting of the status quo than superior performance. There was more emphasis on doing it "there way" instead of a better way.
