      Pros

      BMO is a great place to work since they work with you and help you reach your career goal and there is a lot of opportunities to move up.

      Cons

      I personally work long hours since the job has to be done and my customers are my priority. BMO does not pay overtime, but then again neither does any other FI.

      Ok if you don't care about your career. If you are on the lower side of the salary midpoint, you may get raise.

      Cons

      Not the place to advance your career. Your skills get rusted. Management will find a reason not to give a pay hike
