      People are very easy going and friendly and culture is laid back and fairly relaxed.

      Cons

      Career progression and moving within groups to improve / learn is limited. Once you're in a group, it is hard to move around.

      Pros

      Fairly flexible in terms of hours and good work life balance. Good reputation in Canada. Lots of perks such as free banking, and work environment is very good.

      Cons

      An extremely large organization so it tends to be very beurocratic with a lot of red tape. Promotions are not very transparent and this leads to some resentment within staff.

      Pros

      In the term of hiring a qualified employee, the hiring procedrue is unkown. Some managers promoted their employers based on how close relationship the employees with them no matter whether they meet the basic reqirement or not.

      Cons

      Overall it is top 50 employer in Canada. If yuo are looking for entry level position, it is not bad place to start.
