      Pros

      Great company that allows you to get your name out there. I have had a lot of different opportunities to move around within the organization, and I have a strong appreciation for that.

      Cons

      The salary is probably the biggest downside to working within this organization. I was a bit naive about that when I accepted my first role, and as a result, I find myself struggling to make more everytime I take a promotion.

      Great starting opportunity for anyone who wishes to pursue a career at BMO Bank of Montreal. You will learn the foundation of BMO and deal with clients (the good and the bad) in a great learning environment.

      Cons

      At times, there is quite some pressure to cross-sell and up-sell BMO products in addition to resolving client issues and that indeed creates somewhat of a stressful environment at times.
