Pros

They love to talk about and share about well being and mental health being important

Cons

The job is difficult there’s no structure in the bank. The guidelines are not there for reference to know what bank policies are to adhere to. They tell you conflicting duties to job rolls.

Pros

work from home, provides work equipment

Cons

training is almost 2 months (set time) and you have to keep your camera on for the entire time. unpaid breaks. coaches are horrible, staff has to take sick day because of how hurtful they are and make their employees cry, they treat employees horribly. management is unprofessional. does not accommodate religion. no work/life balance. you don't get to choose your own availability, they assign whatever they like (unlike what is posted in the job ad)

Pros

Vacation time was decent and I did actually get paid.

Cons

Management is insecure and incapable. No work life balance and no ability by management to make anything better.
