      Managers that only manage up No accountability - can't depend on another department to pull their weight Treated like children in the new tower ("Remember to clean up after yourself, wash your hands so you don't leave a sticky mess")

      They pay you on time. Work from home

      Cons

      One of the worst paying in the industry. Hire at the cheapest rates possible and fight their best employees tooth in nail over miniscule raises even when given sustained extrodinary performance.
