The only good thing about this role is being virtual and the benefits

Where do I start.. the whole training experience is terrible. Your thrown on phones within two weeks of a 90 day training. The calls are back to back with little to no support or you receive support from someone with a terrible attitude. There are a few people in training who were helpful but for the most part no one seems like they want to be there. “Mentors” need to be trained and qualified for the role. There’s always a training cohort bc this position is terrible. I can’t speak for the rest of the roles in the company but everyday banking needs a full revamp.
