Pros

Friendly clients and co-workers. Not too far away. Easy dress code.

Cons

They should tell a prospective employee that their MAIN job is to sell, sell, sell. After one set of values for a good referral, the bosses inform tellers that the parameters have changed. Poor mentoring.

Employees are struggling

Pros

Benefits are pretty good, people like the employer match plan for investing in the 401(k). The employees try their best to be friendly and nice on the outside but on the inside most are very dissatisfied with their pay, their management, and their overall job.

Cons

Morale is poor. It it difficult to replicate a fake sense of happiness if the employees are unhappy. Bankers are not properly compensated for the high level of stress and hard work that is required of them. The conversion from M&I has been unnecessarily difficult.
