Pros

Great pay Lots of time off

Cons

BMO solicits clients for products and services that they do not need. BMO's mission is to help clients make "Real Financial Progress",.. but pushes products with high rates, second liens, etc. that drive people further away from actually getting ahead financially.

Pros

My experience with BMO was FAIR at a minimum

Cons

BMO was disappointing in how it handles departures and internal culture. A major issue was the failure to honor my two-week notice, disregarding professional courtesy and signaling that employees are disposable rather than valued. The lack of an exit interview was also telling—if BMO truly cared about improvement and employee well-being, it would gather feedback from departing staff. This absence suggests leadership is uninterested in addressing workplace concerns or making meaningful improvements.
