More efforts made to look like a good place to work rather than actually being one. Hybrid work becoming a requirement for no reason other than executive management preferences. No effort made to improve processes or systems. Would rather spend money on overtime for whole teams than make needed improvements. Focus is on shareholders rather than employees and customers despite what the "mission statement" says.
