Poor training, almost no support, slow inept processors, underwriters almost ALWAYS miss conditions that only seem to randomly pop up 3 days prior to closing, can't call underwriters, poor market reputation due to poor processing, excessive overlays, incapable of making closing dates, worst commission structure in the industry that I've seen, micromanagement, etc... The list goes on.

Management is horrible and crooked. Clients are forced to open low interest checking accounts instead of higher yielding money market accounts. This happens because the company has lower bonus payouts for checking accounts for their employees and higher branch goals for opening checking accounts. They claim they do right for the customer, but I have never, ever seen them do what was right for the client. They claim to have a CREDO that they do not follow. I had a manager that would sit on top of you when you sat with a client to see how you directed the conversation around the offer for checking vrs money market account. If you did not go by what she said she had you in her office to counsel you. You were not allowed to agree with the customers wants and needs. You were only allowed to follow the direction of the company.
