Always changing the rules. Incentive plans are not consistent and change often. Outdated systems, way too many systems. Sales goals are somewhat unrealistic. If goals are being met, incentive plan will change to make the goal less attainable, and no bonus to be made. High turnover. A lot of wasted money on training and not enough retention of good employees. Upper management has no idea what is going on below.
