Great experience if you're interested in Corporate Trust. Depending on the team you work with middle managers do try to push you to experience new things (i.e. deal closings, liquidations, etc). Coworkers are friendly and willing to help one another.
Cons
It has been my experience that it is extremely hard to get promoted, especially within a team. Senior management doesn't seem to care about losing good people to other companies, which makes everyone feel as though senior management doesn't care about anyone.
