Promotions are nonexistent. salaries do not reflect market. Corporate Trust division elimated grade level (i) 65-74k salary range. im an H level. My next jump is level J which is challenging to obtain. Salary increases are 2% or lower no matter the work effort within the client service management position. Give. the information, the company has forced my hand to look elsewhere regrettably.
