None over work and terrible pay

Cons

Company once again pushing out stupid policy to get sued. They got sued the last time they tried to change rules for full remote employees. They will be sued again. Don't work here lots of work and below market rate. Lots of ppl quit so they are pushing this stupid policy where you have to give 1 month notice instead of the common 2 weeks. Pay ppl what they are worth so you don't have so much turn over.

The Company has far more bad reviews than good for a reason. The company is too large to care about any individual employee and this attitude trickles all the way down from the top. I had several jobs within in the company, each time management was not actually prepared for me to fill in the job role. For example, in each role I had to wait at least 3-4 weeks to get my computer systems properly functioning or receive the work I was hired to produce. I also never witnessed to true collaborated team structure, despite being told so. I've also caught some managers in bold face lies regarding highly important matters. I would only recommend working for this company to build a resume as quick as possible, and then to leave as quick as possible.
