Lack of informed management and leadership No adequate training Extreme pressure to get tasks done with minimal, untrained staff No reward for hard work Volatile relationship with offshore teams which we relied on and the burden fell on us because of this. Biased managers, blame falls on their teams rather than fixing systemic issues Health of workers suffering massively with many on stress leave
