      Great pay but at what cost...

      Pros

      Great pay, good work/life balance, nice employee perks (typical of any large bank), internal mobility works well if you are a good networker

      Cons

      Poor leadership - I've had 5 bosses in 2 years, none of whom helped me develop my career, which was incredibly disappointing. The company is constantly restructuring and has high turnover so it's difficult to feel like part of a "family" here. Also very siloed org / difficult to be innovative (although we claim that we are)

      Pros

      They let you buy an extra week off yearly. The people that work here are friendly. You save money by working from home because you don’t have to pay for drinking water.

      Cons

      Be prepared to work 12 to 14 hours a day. Management will call you out in front of team look if you make a mistake. Only 1% raises annually.

      Pros

      As a large institutional employer, full-time employees have access to standard 401k and healthcare plans.

      Cons

      Salary parity is extremely poor. Many internal colleagues openly talk about only remaining at this company because they want to collect a check. If you are the overachieving type, you will end up exhausted from covering work outside your assigned function. The colleagues who I truly respect for their talent and work ethic all feel under-appreciated and therefore do not intend to remain with the company for long. Salaries are not commensurate with industry peers.
