      The worst place.

      Pros

      They offer decent base pay, although bonus is a joke.

      Cons

      Misleading statement on bonus when the job was offered. They asked the current bonus rate, and said "no problem, but we don't write or set the bonus rate." Later found that the bonus is way extremely low. They use very old technologies, and everything is politics and based on personal relationships. If you oppose to higher ranking employees, you'll be pushed out. Bad culture: people don't share information, lie and cheat. Everything is centered around the offshore, and it doesn't operate like US company. You'll have to work a lot of late hours and weekends.

      Pros

      Too big to fail, and since it plays necessary role in financial markets, company can't just disappear.

      Cons

      Lacks clear vision of their future, led by a combination of old guard responsible for the Bank's underlying deficiencies and fast talking charlatans who have dazzled the Board with the word "digital". Quote from current employee -- "It's Survivor every day -- who will get voted off the island next..."
