The Senior Managment at the AOS Document Solutions are abominable. Never in my lifetime, I have seen such an us vs them mentality. There are a few in Senior Management who think they are better than everyone else - they feel they are the haves and are very entitled. They do not respect the people that work for them and rarely show any compassion or consideration. A Managing Director has been known to get drunk at multiple client functions, been PC'd, and bailed out by a client due to intoxication - but yet there were no consequences.

Trains in all positions although I was promoted no raise an always worked overtime. Managers would leave before me. They did away with incentives an bonus gave us nothing to WANT to work for
