      Pros

      The name looks good on a resume. Teams are generally friendly with each other. Sort of a "suffering together" mentality.

      Cons

      Management is slow to make decisions and often are unable to make them without approval from many levels above themselves. All the recommendations in the world won't get you hired full-time unless the mood strikes them. Employees mean nothing - basic things such as water coolers and are taken away at will.

      Good Work Life Balance. Some good benefits. Some knowledgable people.

      Cons

      1) Pay below industry averages 2) Questionable character of upper management. Telling clients anything to keep business. 3) Little room for advancement 4) Brown nosing gets you ahead vs. skill sets 5) Pushing the boundaries of your position to try to get ahead is interpreted as not conforming.

      Work schedule becoming more flexible, large company with many different opportunities available (especially at entry or mid-level) generous tuition reimbursement.

      Cons

      #1 concern is cost cutting. Relatively low pay, constant and confusing re-branding of jobs & entire departments, poor communication from management and poor allocation of employee resources.
