      Pros

      The company has excellent benefits, they also promote personal development, this personal development can lead to professional development

      Cons

      Working in the Transfer Agency it appeared that the location that I was employed at was considered an unwanted step-child. My leadership and management training with the US Army was both unrecognized and unappreciated. The company talked about personal development and professional development, however it was not supported by my managers at my location.

      Pros

      Not many pros to working here. Pay is extremely low. Small fish in a huge ocean with not much room for growth. The recruiters look for outside candidates instead of hiring from within. Benefits are not bad though.

      Cons

      Too many to share. Pay was so low. This was my first job out of college. I spent 3 long years there trying to build up my resume. They make you feel like you are a dime a dozen.
