      Does anyone actually care? This business is a train wreck. There is almost no knowledge depth because everyone just leaves once they realize this place sucks. Alignment between departments is abysmal. Haven’t had a 1 on 1 with a manager for 5+ months - no feedback. Even leadership is just here for the check. I wouldn’t recommend taking a job here even if it’s the only offer you have. It’s honestly astonishing that a large business would operate at such a low level. To answer my question posed at the beginning : No, no one actually cares.

      -Management -Toxic culture -Employee's constantly in fear of being laid off -Poor performance review process -Outdated Technology -Lack of Diversity -Employee input or suggestions for improvement are completely disregarded -Nothing ever changes or improves -Rude and inappropriate management -Inappropriate managerial behavior -Lack of processes and standards implemented...shocking for a company so large -Lack of good leadership -Cronyism runs rampant -Employees feel unheard, ignored -No learning opportunities -Raises and bonus are insulting -You can work 18+ hours a day and it will never be enough -During COVID, when kids were home, if it was your turn to speak and a young child interrupted you and you tried to let the child simply know you would get to them in a moment you got shut down and told to just mute as if you were a serious annoyance to the person.
