Pay is low, bonuses no longer exists, we have had at least 5 different CEOs, high turnover, training and support is dependent on shadowing and trial and error, staff is overloaded with work, not much room for career growth.

Management is saying they are working to change culture here to more performance driven. Their actions are extreme and jarring not gaining any employee buy in whatsoever. Established employees think working 50 or 60 hours a week is the way to handle things, if they focused work in one direction and made better decisions on what work to do they would avoid much rework and pain.
