I have been graded as a high performer each of my years here and the compensation is still terrible. Expected to always be on call wether weekends, holiday or on vacation. Long hours if you work in IT for a critical business application. Management does not care about the individual in any way, shape or form. You cannot progress in the company unless you have inside connections already established. All new positions being filled by outside candidates, no promotion from within. New floor plans at 240G are horrible. Picnic table style setup gives the feel of working in a warehouse style call center.

You are only a number to them, it's very hard to get promoted, they would rather hire externally and pay more than promote from within. Many departments are incredibly stingy with work from home access. High expectations with a very minimum salary to be paid. They would rather give you a coffee mug or 'WOW POINTS" to shop for material items rather than a monetary bonus.
