      -Would hire anybody -Casual Dress Code -Not Much Work -Relax Environment

      Cons

      -Bad Management Style (don't get rewarded for hard work, only by time) -Level 1's are doing same work as Level 3's and even senior member work. Work doesn't get distributed based on experience/level. Level 3's can get the easiest work when Level 1's are getting the hardest but they don't get rewarded for taking the hardest work. -Even though there isn't much work to do (my job could be done in 15 minutes during down time), they want you to be working all day.

      Pros

      The ability to work from home occasionally is a huge reason I’m still with the company. Medical premiums are low for a family if using an HSA which works great for us. Schedule is flexible

      Cons

      Hard to get help with new projects with direction or where to go to get things done. So many SMEs were let go and India has stepped in. India help is great in some ways but extremely insufficient in other ways. Time zone, communication differences, etc.
