Business Outlook
Pros
Overall BNY MELLON is fantastic but with some huge issues they can't seem to address. They have a great business model, open door policy, and customer centric environment. The company is filled with talent, smart leaders and it is easy to build relationships and even friendships.
Cons
Unfortunately, there are several cons. Some are even huge. BNY Mellon has pockets of racism, anti-gay leadership, and does not have many women in leadership positions. They constantly loose their best talent to competitors as they do not promote from within unless you are apart of the 'good old boys club's. Get your $$ on the way in as raises and bonuses are often below expectations.
