      Pros

      Stable Company with huge assets. Good compensation and benefits.

      Cons

      Unfriendly work environment. Company had an excellent work culture with a very respectful behavior to employees. Which is detonated over last 7/8 years and now in a bad shape.

      Pros

      Fathers get 12 weeks pay when the have a kid. Great vacation & sick package

      Cons

      CEO is horrible. Taking away work from home. Claims they are putting better technology in which is a complete lie. Going to open concept working space which is horrible if you have ppl next to you that don’t speak right. They don’t give to craps about you either. Only give pay increases to higher ups which are 60 + years and are stuck in their old ways.

      Work life balance is emphasized by management. Almost guaranteed job security

      Cons

      Stagnant company - lots of talk and claims of progress, but realistically they're stuck in the past and it's just talk. Management rarely changes other than at the highest levels, and they prefer to hire from outside rather than promote from within. Any investment in technology is meant to make life easier for clients - next to no progress on technical advancements facing inwards for the employees. Pay is absolutely below market average.
