Pros
I had great colleagues and managers and the benefits were decent.
Cons
The environment has grown toxic with all the layoffs and poor decisions made by upper management. During performance reviews, managers are instructed to rate employees below actual performance, ostensibly to cut costs on merit increases, the IT department has been gutted by layoffs to the point of impacting work with the heavy backlog on access requests and software installations and the compensation over the last 10 years has gone down hill.
