Too many levels of management, if you're in asset servicing it will take several years to get a 40k salary.
If you want 1% annual raises you're coming to the right place.
Company is beyond cheap, I worked in Pittsburgh and they tried making you buy plastic forks, spoons, etc if you didn't get anything from the cafeteria. Literally there was a sign listing the prices of silverware "$.02 fork, $.01 knife, etc."
