      People are very disposable in the USA. It is not a patriotic company.

      They cut loyal US staff quarterly based on a false reasons then hire inferior talent elsewhere like in emea. Poor morale with US workers in N.Y., CNY, Pittsburgh, Florida and metro Boston. Older workers have been pushed out. There has been age based suits you can google. Benefits are terrible. Newer managers are just bullies. Much better chances overseas. Highly manual shop with nothing but spreadsheets and lots of client servicing issues.

      The people I work with at all levels are great. Sadly I have nothing else positive to add.

      Cons

      Incessant drive to reduce headcount. Those left are over worked and undervalued. Nonstop change in systems, processes and management that never allows one to be truly productive. My line of business was acquired. Before the acquisition we all enjoyed our jobs and had exceptional benefits, now work is painful and benefits are only average. I have had 7 managers in as many years. The current management team has no idea how much the employee experience has deteriorated. I've also noticed the phrase 'Work/Life Balance' being replaced with 'Work Flexibility'. They are flexible all right but the balance is gone.

      Pros

      Benefits and domestic coworkers are generally great to work with. Sometimes you luck out and get a good manager.

      Cons

      If you aren't Indian, you don't get to learn new technology being deployed; most (80-90%) development is being done offshore so technical skills advancement is not encouraged. Management is of the 40's GM mentality in spite of them "embracing" employee empowerment. Constant fear for domestic employee that will be laid off at any time to make quarterly numbers. NO loyalty to employees by company.
