      Working remotely. Work hour flexibility.

      Cons

      Low quality software development environment. Zero process. Constant firefighting / reactive work. Ineffective management that doesn’t provide any support or value whatsoever. Lots of production support for crappy legacy applications. Outsourcing developers to India. No investment in U.S. based teams. Total waste of time.

      I had nice coworkers and met some good people.

      Cons

      The organization was completely dysfunctional with a cult of personality around senior management. Many managers mistreated their employees. The offices in one of the New York locations are the shabbiest office I have ever seen, worse than city government. It tells you exactly what they think of their employees. Planning and project management is generally non-existent, leading to lots of fire drills and last minute requests. The environment is burn and churn.
