Positive work-life balance. Fellow co-workers make things bearable. NOT a cut throat environment among the "worker-bees".....for management, that might be a different story..

Cons

ZERO room for promotion, growth and even lateral transfer. If you are non-management and are hired for "position A" - you will work in that position forever.
