- Very much a white boy club and a nest for misogyny and underhanded racism. - The only way to get a promotion is to suck up to management and back stab everyone around you. - Lying about the progress and the real state of things which has led to disappointed clients time after time. - Lack of vision and direction. Products and years of development are put in the back burner every time a there's a management change. - All the talented people that made this place bearable have moved on to other companies especially in 2021. - Companies are moving to Agile and strong devops strategy, this company is going backwards to waterfall...

Pathetic management. Politics rules skills, if you have good contact then donkeys becomes lion Advise ti managers: You may be there for 10s of years but all of you are hopeless and useless. BNY please hire or select managers who are technically sound and who knows stuffs.
