      Not worth the inflated salary

      Pros

      Pay and bonuses tend to be very generous for corporate employees.

      Cons

      Expect an office environment that is extremely sterile, unfriendly and toxic. I have never worked somewhere that I witnessed multiple people leave without new opportunities because they were so unhappy. Management will bully, discriminate and insult their team members without restraint. The work itself is repetitive, devoid of strategy and expectations are poorly communicated, if at all. My experience working here was genuinely traumatizing, as was the case for at least 2 other former employees I worked with.

      Management sucks

      Pros

      Don’t work weekends or after 6pm.

      Cons

      Pay is too little Management needs a lot of work Always short staffed Get reprimanded for getting sick and using sick time No real room for growth. Want 10+ years of experience for the position you apply for within the company even if you graduated college.

      Not client focused - internally and externally

      Pros

      Flexible schedules, work from home options, pay/bonus, and 401k match

      Cons

      As an employee, you feel ignored and your opinion doesn’t matter. When you reach out to other employees for help, you rarely get a response which means they don’t know the answer or they just don’t care to respond. You feel like you have no future here because there are no growth and training opportunities. You also feel like no one cares about you as an employee. They have the inability to connect to their internal and external customers as well. Health insurance is expensive.
