Great Company Culture

Pros

Great opportunities for internal advancement if you want them BootCamps are great and they have a great team leading them (Chrissy Medeck is heavenly) Company Culture is a big focus Employee engagement is good Executives are down to earth and easy to talk to BEST 401K match out there

Cons

Subcultures need work. ExpressBank has high turnover as every second and every breath feels micromanaged. Careful if you get sick over there as you will still get marks against you. Mental health isn't considered and you can be fired for the manner in which you choose to manage it even if it's helping you and having only positive impacts on the company.

Pros

They are working on work/life balance. It’s not there yet but an effort is being put in. The pay is good. There are other opportunities in the bank if you want to move up.

Cons

No training plan. The company is very political, it’s hard to trust anyone you work under or with. The holiday schedule is terrible.
