      Ok opportunity to gain experience, but if you don't have a mentor get pigeonholed

      They have up to 6% match on 401(k) after four years and you are fully vested after 5 years.

      Cons

      There is a lot of chaos right now and reactiveness rather than proactive initiatives to help from the problems being seen and created, to begin with.

      Pros

      Incredible leadership team that gives employees the opportunities to grow in their career. Very smart and future-forward outlook on the evolution of our industry and transparency around what that might look like in the future. I seldom work with employees that aren't willing to take time to invest in you or mentor you. As an employee - what you put in is what you get out. Performance merits progress and recognition.

      Cons

      We do work in a very collaborative environment which is great, but that often times means that final decisions are vetted through multiple avenues before coming to a conclusion which can prolong moving forward.
