      Your Experience Really Depends on Who You Report To

      Pros

      Internal mobility is a top priority. Training and development is offered in many formats and there if you ask for it. There are some incredibly smart people who are dedicated to the success of the bank. The benefits are comparable to other companies, not phenomenal and not horrible. Great 401K, the longer you stay the more they pay. The bank really cares about and supports local communities.

      Cons

      There are levels of management from Director to mid level that are awful, toxic and bring the culture and people down. The bank is not quick to replace them. A lot of them are long-term legacy employees. The bank is not as well known in all markets. A lot of technology is not up to date and what other more progressive companies offer. The bank is behind in a lot of areas when it comes to diversity and inclusion. Certain managers have actively held people back when they've interviewed for other roles internally.

      Pros

      BOKF has been a great place to work. I have had many opportunities to participate in additional training for my role, and I feel like the company is investing in me.

      Cons

      Some systems are out of date and difficult to work with.

      Doesn’t have anything together.

      Pros

      Helped out many local banks by giving them business since they didn’t want it.

      Cons

      Doesn’t care about employees or customers going through merger changes. No one seems to be able to answer simple questions about online or changes to accounts. They keep saying they will call back with answers to simple problems that should have been resolved however they never do.
