      offer a full benefits package, good vacation, upper management cares about employees opinion

      saying that the attitudes of current employees dos not meet the same standard as upper management and it is not corrected in a timely or efficient manner. Managers need communications , HR training

      Pros

      Great company to be able to spend the last 15 years with. The focus on client service is top priority! Always has been, hopefully always will be.

      Cons

      I would like to see us continue to grow in other major cities in Texas to create additional opportunities for upper management positions.
