      Pros

      Nice coworkers, pay is decent for the work.

      Cons

      Call center is loud so prepare for daily headaches; you’re essentially a verbal punching bag for the customer, so prepare to be belittled on a daily basis; no independence, you’re constantly micromanaged; very difficult to get approved for time off unless you ask months in advance; we used outdated software; incompetent managers and supervisors

      Pros

      Great employees, strong leadership, and highly engaged in the community.

      Cons

      Highly conservative culture which can be good and bad at times. Comp programs can be a con without a boss that stands up for you.
